Please note that all our prices are in great british pounds. The prices of the products are specified on our online store and anyware reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price.
The payment methods we accept are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Our payment method is 3DSecure. The security system of CaixaBank guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
You can contact our customer service via email about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order. If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. You will need to get in touch with us through our email service in order for us to determine a course of action regarding your order.
We sell products around the world. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.
We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer.
Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Feel free to contact email@example.com if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.
Our packages are shipped with DPD and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package.
Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.
We accept returns and exchanges of unsuitable products, items must be returned in perfect condition and within 14 days of reciept. You assume return shipping costs unless we’ve made a mistake or an item is faulty, You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
If, however, anyware has made a mistake regarding your order we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please fill out the return number at the bottom of the return form, cut along the dotted line and stick the adress on the package to send.
When returning the goods to us, you may ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
anyware will refund the amount of the returned goods through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 30 days.

Our unique sizing structure encourages you to wear and love for longer.
anyware fits 0-8years with round numbers indicating the suggested age but designed for extended wear. For example, size 2 is designed to fit from 1-3years.
We recommend measuring your child and using our cm size guide as every child is different.
Styles are oversized and boxy with the ability to roll sleeves and legs up or down and synch in or out waistbands as your child grows.

Our garments are made with care using high quality natural fabrics. To keep them looking good over time we recommend you to follow these care instructions noted below:
We recommend all articles to be gently washed at 30degrees with similar colours, cool iron only, do not tumble dry.
We don’t attach spare buttons to every garment as we want to minimise wastage (and our buttons are double sewn!) however if you do loose one please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you a replacement in the post.

can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 12noon. To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org within two hours since the order was placed. Anyway we can not assure you that the change or cancellation can be effective. Please, note that in sale and peak period our response can be delayed.
How will I know if my order is being processed?
All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible. If the products are available, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail providing information on the preparation status of your order.

Dates quoted for the delivery of your goods are in accordance DPD Local express service. This delivery service aims to deliver your goods within the specified time frame above. We shall not be liable for any delay with your products.
The goods will have to be signed for upon delivery, DPD will send text or email updates regarding the delivery so if you are not going to be home you can re-arrange delivery or ask the driver to leave in a safe place.
We will always do our best to inform you about any delay, orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders leave the Lucky Seven studio in a branded cap box which is protected with a cardboard mailer. We hope that it reaches you in exactly the same condition it left us.
